Class 3 Waste Collection Centers

ARTICLE 14 - (1) Third class waste collection centers are obliged to fulfill the following issues in addition to the provisions in Article 11.

a) Provided that the wastes in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 8th groups of the waste groups included in Annex-2 of this Communiqué are found, at least five groups of wastes must be collected.

b) The total volume of accumulation equipment should be at least 2 m3.
