1. CLASS WASTE RECOVERY CENTER

ARTICLE 12 - (1) First class waste collection centers are obliged to fulfill the following issues in addition to the provisions in Article 11.

.a) It is obligatory to collect the first 13 groups among the waste groups included in Annex-2 of this Communiqué. The 14th group takes place at the 1st class import center depending on their preference.

b) The administration building, scale, entrance control point should be available and it should have a minimum area of ​​1,000 m2.

c) The facility should be surrounded by permanent building material such as concrete, briquette or brick, at least 1.5 m high.

ç) The area where the wastes are kept should be covered. d) There should be a bonding channel that ends with a blind collection channel in the area.

e) There must be a responsible environmental officer.

f) From the groups specified in Annex-2 of this Communiqué, the wastes in the group no. 11 are made of stainless metal or high density plastic material, with lids, their lids are locked, without sharp edges that may cause damage or perforation of bags during loading and unloading, easy to load, after disposal, it is not possible to be taken again and is stored in collection equipment bearing the phrase "Waste Medicine".

g) There should be collection channels and a grid system for waste water generated after washing. The collected wastewater should be disposed of in accordance with the relevant legislation provisions.
